Delete your data
App: Glowcast by AppFusion. Fastest route: email privacy@glowcast.cam with the subject “Delete my data”. We confirm within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days.
Glowcast does not require an account, so most of your data never leaves your device. This page explains how to delete everything else. It applies to the Glowcast app on iPhone, iPad and Android and to the glowcast.cam website.
Data on your device
Your shows, saved fits, text and photos live on your device.
- Delete a show: in the App, open My Shows, then swipe or long-press the show and choose Delete.
- Delete everything on the device: delete the App. On iPhone or iPad, if you enabled iCloud backup, also go to Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Glowcast → Delete Data.
Data we hold
You can ask us to delete:

How to request deletion by email
- Email privacy@glowcast.cam with the subject “Delete my data”.
- Send it from the email address you used with us, and if you are asking about App data, include your anonymous app ID from Profile → Privacy or a purchase receipt, so we can find it.
- We confirm within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days. We may ask for information to verify the request.
What we keep
- Purchase records that we are legally required to keep for tax and accounting (generally up to 7 years). Purchases themselves are processed by Apple or Google, which keep their own records under their privacy policies.
- Information needed to honour your request, such as a record that you asked us to delete your data or not to email you.
- Backups, which are overwritten on a rolling basis within 30 days.
Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
